hey my other topic was disaproved... so i try it again

just want to know how to post links on sites where it´s not possible to post links...

example: on a site is an artikel named artikle.ht.. THATS the site WHERE TO POST !!
But only chance to post is on the commentsite for the article named artikleht../comments

when is made a commend and it´s approved and type in the site url into the system system is telling that site is "wrong" so i made a linkpost for nothing because i dit´nt get the money for posting.. why dont you check this wether it´s possible to post on this page or not?? i think thats not fair...
