You need to register online as group operator first. We will then decide on status of your application after a screening process takes place which is normally between 2-3 business days.

I have one question.

If I invite someone let say Mr. X to be my a publisher member and finally he is a Publisher now, and couple days later, can he apply directly to be a Publisher Group Operator without my approval please? Please clarify this important matter. Thank you very much.

Yes, This a good question. because most of the publisher are train by us and week later they can apply to direct group operator. I think that is not good. If some system track it and do something on it, I think that is fine.
