Hi,

1.) Yes
2.) You need to register them through your new Operator account.

You can become operator by filling out our application on the registration page found here:

http://www.widecircles.com/register

Select Group Publisher Operator option.

It normally takes about 24-48 hours to review your application. Currently it may take longer as we
are recieveing lot of new applications. Also note that we cannot convert existing publisher account to
operator account. You must apply for brand new operator account.

Thank you.

We do not find it amusing if people are constantly asking us for operator privileges for the games. Being an operator is not just a status thing, it is also a responsibility. If you just want to be an operator because you think it is cool, please do not even bother to ask. In fact, in general, operator privileges are granted automatically to people deemed capable of assuming the responsibility for managing the channel.
