Dear WideCircles Advertiser,

I would like to use this opportunity to inform you of several important
updates to our system and present to you our current and upcoming roadmap.

WideCircles has grown from being a small message distribution facility, to
full blown Social Media Marketing (SMM) ad platform for the masses in a very short
time. We now have the tools, technology and the qualified people to make
your business succeed and go further then ever before.

Our system is proven and has helped many new website owners reach high page
ranks and rank extremely competitively on keywords in leading search engines
such as Google, Yahoo and MSN.

Through very strict publisher training and guidance programs conducted
by our partners we have eliminated lot of problems that arose initially.
We now have more then 15 exclusive data centers and a large number of
trained publishers, who are only allowed to work after passing our suite
of tests and are supervised.

Below is our current, future roadmap and events that occured.

PHASE 1 UPGRADE - Completed and Deployed, All Features Available Now

#1. New and improved campaign task interface. You can now specify or feed
to us your custom list of website targets ( up to 500 sites per task ), or
you can have us generate them automatically for you based on specified
keywords.

#2. Filtering of websites before the task is commited for review. You can
select which websites you wish to target from the website list, the ones
you do not wish to target can be taken off the list.

#3. Each task needs to be now explicitly confirmed by you before it is sent
to our internal QA department for review. Remember that you need to click
"Confirm Task" button, once your website list is presented in "View" panel.

#4. Geo-targeting via keyword system. You can for example say "car parts UK".
This will target only car part websites with United Kingdom as the country
of the niche.

#5. Posting Dispute subsystem. This allows you to flag postings that can be
disputed for credit return. If you are not satisified with some of your postings,
you can go ahead and dispute them. Just select them and specify a dispute
reason from the "View" panel. We will then gladly return the credit to you,
after we review them and discuss issues with publisher.

#6. Anchor URL Text option added to task creation interface.

#7. Additional payment option ( Direct Bank Wire To Corporate Account ),
processed within 24 hours of recieveing funds. You can now use either
PayPal or Bank Wire to purchase credits.


PHASE 2 UPGRADE - Underway, Features to be completed before Jun 23 2008
-----------------------------------------------------------

#1. Introduction of additional task types that will work with our custom
list of always up to date websites. This includes:

* Classified Postings
* Press Releases
* Blog Articles
* Creative Writing
* Social Bookmarking
* News Stories
* Directory and Article Submission
* XML Feed Submission

#2. Introduction of additional posting and targeting options. You will be
able to let publisher explore and find related websites for you and
also be able to specify whether you wish publisher to write completely
unique content for you on every posting made. This is extremely useful in blog
articles and press releases as search engines favour unique content.

#3. Flexible pricing model, based on weight of the posting task.

#4. New reporting subsystem, allowing you to export report data to
external target in variety of different formats for post analysis.

As you can see, our PHASE 2 UPGRADE is aggressively geared towards SEO aspects.
We believe that through a diversified, multi channel approach any website can
succeed in the SEO area by utilizing our platform. So if you do not favour one
posting method over another, do not worry, you will have plenty of choices
to choose from to get your website positioned right and on track.
