Major Problems Of Group Operators

Postby ansh on Tue Jan 13, 2009 9:15 am

Hello admin and all the senior members,

I have been doing work with Widecircles since a year. There are some points that i need to discuss:

If Widecicles is growing as a system, should not it show a concern for growth of group operators also?

a)For two months , the system was shut down without even a single posting. Can Group operators afford this type of long break?
b) Most of the times, there are problems with the posting - moderated postings, posting verification , url problem...even if manually it can be seen that there is no problem as such.

c) Most important, Registration process is found open on the website for publishers....A group operator trains an agent like an insane , then when the publisher becomes an expert , he can get his account registered personally and can do his postings from his home also. Wow!! Also, the individual publisher is paid same as his group operator is..

Tell me how a group operator can retain the publishers..??

According to me , if a system grows, each and every part of that should also grow. .Kindly answer..
Also, do work for a better system which can be beneficial for all , else you would not be able to retain group operators.

thank you

All of these problems have been addressed already. Our system always delivers fresh posting tasks, we already indicated this in numerous emails and the fact that we will never be empty of tasks. There have been a few system upgrades during which time the system was shutdown, but this was not more then 4-6 hours at the most. Our system is now always running, consistently.

There is a new branding system which we introduced, that allows you to create brand of your company. You then use fully different URL for your publishers. Once you train them, they will stay on your brand. So there is no issues of publisher coming to us directly, since all they see is your own branded URL's and content. Please let me know if you have any other concerns or questions.

Could you please remove the Register for an account option from the logon window of the main window, when somebody is browsing using the white branding url. It will make more sense. since we, Group operators are facing the problem that, most of the publishers are creating unnecessary publisher accounts and leave them as it is. It has at least two key defects I think

1. The Group operator has to clean up the publisher account on a daily basis OR have to manage a huge publisher database without having the required traffic.

2. It will just keep the Group operator out of track, since he doesn't have the required contact with the so self created publishers.

So please...... remove the 'Register for an Account' option from the logon window of the main window, when somebody is browsing using the white branding url.

I really believe that, you people at the wide circles will enable the group operators like me to do a great business such that we can generate the required traffic per publisher.

Thanking you.
