Dear Publishers and Group Operators,
We have implemented new feature which supplements our automated post detection.
Please read below for more information.
We have added extra option called "I Just Want To Verify Posting". This is a default
action when processing a posting. This allows you to pre-verify a posting before
you go live and save it in our system. You just leave it selected and click
"Process Posting" button to verify.
If your posting is however moderated or for some reason it fails our automatic check,
then you can still continue to save it as normal but you will get second menu asking
you to confirm whether posting is moderated or just active or whether you wish not
to save it as active. With this second menu you then flag the posting for our manual
review as explained in the previous email and on our community portal under News And
Announcements forum at: flagging-features-for-publishers-t33.html
We noticed lot of people save postings without pre-verifying them, this was introduced to
combat that and allow you to test or screen your posting before you save it. If for
some reason posting fails verification for example, you can still go back and fix it, then
verify it again until it works.
Please also note that recentely we recieved advertiser complaints about answers being provided
not genuine or related to the conversation by some publishers. We will be introducing
soon a system where advertiser will be able to dispute their postings, so you need to
make sure that your postings are of high quality, genuine and sincere answers to questions
in forums or comments on blogs. They have to relate to the discussion and be of high quality.
Also some of you have been copying "Posting Instructions" field, please NEVER EVER do this.
The advertiser has provided this field so that you can read and follow any further or
speciliazed instructions they may have for you, not so that you have to paste it. So
please read and follow their instructions if any in that field, but DO NOT copy and paste
the text in the Instructions field.
Finally, we have introduced Anchor Text as the option for advertiser, so they can have
links that look like this My Site where "My Site" is
the Anchor text. The auto verification will check this, if advertiser has enabled it,
so please keep that in mind. It will look for both regular URL "http://mysite.com"
but also a caption or URL text "My Site".
Please let us know whether you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you
