Dear WideCircles Publishers and Group Operators,

Please note the following requirements for the Group Operators:

* 2 people working with you ( 2 different accounts under your operator account )
* Good english reading and writing skills
* Able to teach others and to quickly learn new things

**** IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ****

New publisher Group Operator Interface is now complete and allows you to set individual
rates for your publishers as well add new ones under your group operator account.
You can also pay and manage payments for your publishers using this interface.
The link to add new publishers is under Publishers section in your Group Operator
interface.

We will be adding some additional functionality, and will let you know when this is
complete. Also we will be going over existing operator accounts to ensure full compliance
and that everything is set and ready as it should be. This should be done today.

Also note that each posting will be monitored, if we find out that you are not complying
with our posting rules repedeatly, you may risk having your whole operator account
disabled, until the issue has been resolved. We also reserve the right to disable or
de-activate any postings which may not follow rules of our posting. The system is constantly
monitored by us and by our advertisers.
