Dear WideCircles Publishers And Operators,

This is important update. We will be rolling out the next version
of our system ( v2.0 ) next week that features many new options.
We will send you another notice once everything has been upgraded.
We hope the switch to be seamless and to not impact the live system.

You may have noticed that we are not currently accepting publisher and
operator applications. We will begin accepting applications again and
processing existing ones as soon as our system has been fully upgraded
next week.

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PAYOUTS ***

If you have not recieved your payment yet, please make sure you set
your payment method correctly in your profile. At this time we will
only pay to PayPal or MoneyBookers. If your payment exceeds the amount
of $350.00 USD then we can also send payment via Western Union service.
